How long will it take/ How much will it cost to repair my computer?

It varies from computer to computer, problem to problem! Simple questions or problems can take as little as a few minutes. If we are removing viruses, adware, spyware or optimizing your PC it will usually take us around 1-2hrs, but this is only an estimate, it may take longer. Hardware issues often will take longer still, due to the difficult nature of troubleshooting hardware issues.

We charge on an hourly basis for all computing repairs and will keep you informed as to the status of your computer, We will inform you of any extra costs that might be incurred to you and will often make recommendations as to how to improve your computer.

We try our best to preserve and restore all personal data, however this is not always possible and we encourage you to use a backup service to help minimise data loss.
