Terms and Conditions

• INTRODUCTION: GREENFIR is an information technology company which provides various computer services. In these terms and conditions “services” means any consultancy, design, development, hosting and backup solutions that we may provide.

• PROVISION OF SERVICES: GREENFIR will provide services to its clients in a professional and orderly manner in the time frame that is designated. This is an agreement between the client and GREENFIR.

• CHANGES: Clients are not allowed to change or cancel packages if they have signed an agreement for using a specific service for a set amount of time. Clients are permitted to change the package of services that GREENFIR provides if there are different services available, the service is advertised and the client’s set amount of time for a service agreement has come to an end.

• THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES: GREENFIR provides most hardware products from third party vendors and companies. GREENFIR attempts to provide the best and most appropriate product to the client but cannot be held responsible for the quality of the product provided. GREENFIR can also not be held responsible for third party vendors which provide services to GREENFIR's clients.

• WARRANTIES: GREENFIR will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Services that are provided online have no warranty. Hardware and software which GREENFIR provides is expected to operate in accordance to the documentation provided by the equipment or software vendor. These hardware and software products are subject to a 90 day limited warranty. After these 90 days the client may also go to the manufacturer to obtain a warranty for the defective product.

• CLIENT’S REPSONSIBILITIES: Clients are required to not use any of GREENFIR's services for illegal activities. For online services such as web hosting and data backups the client is responsible for any damage that may be caused from a security violation on their account. GREENFIR will not be responsible for securing client accounts

• PAYMENT: Clients are required to pay their invoices by the due date posted on the invoice. GREENFIR may suspend or terminate a product or service if bills are not paid in full.

• SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION: If payments are late by more than 30 days GREENFIR may suspend or terminate a product or service being provided to that client. If services are used for illegal activity GREENFIR can suspend or terminate at any time it deems appropriate. Products and services may be terminated or disabled at any time that GREENFIR deems appropriate after the 30 days of late payment.
